Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between PT BROS INTI WISATA ("BROS Wisata") and guests/travelers ("you") who book our services. By paying a deposit, you confirm you have read and agreed to these terms.

1. About BROS Wisata

PT BROS INTI WISATA is a licensed tour operator based in North Sumatra, Indonesia. Business License (NIB): 2502250049355. Email: [email protected]. WhatsApp: +62 812-6013-9399.

2. Booking Process

A booking is confirmed when:

  1. You have received a written confirmation (email/WhatsApp) from BROS Wisata stating package details, dates, pax count, and price
  2. You have paid a 30% deposit of the total package price

BROS Wisata reserves the right to decline bookings that do not match available capacity or services.

3. Payment

Deposit: 30% of total price, paid upon booking confirmation. Accepted via bank transfer, Wise, or PayPal.

Balance payment: Remaining 70% due no later than 7 days before departure, or as agreed in writing.

Transfer fees: International transfer fees (Wise, PayPal: ~5%) are borne by the guest.

4. Guest Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation fees are calculated from the time the written notice is received:

We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance before booking.

5. BROS Wisata Cancellation

If BROS Wisata cancels due to force majeure, extreme weather, or safety concerns, you are entitled to a full 100% refund of all payments made, or a free-of-charge reschedule.

6. Itinerary Changes

BROS Wisata reserves the right to modify destination order, equivalent accommodation, or schedules for safety or unforeseen circumstances, without reducing the value of services paid for. Significant changes will be communicated in advance.

7. Guest Responsibilities

  • Hold valid travel documents (passport with 6+ months validity, required visas)
  • Adequate travel insurance (strongly recommended)
  • Physical fitness suitable for booked activities
  • Disclose special requirements (allergies, physical limitations, dietary/halal needs) at booking
  • Personal belongings and camera equipment

8. Limitation of Liability

BROS Wisata is not liable for: flight delays/cancellations, loss of personal belongings, medical incidents due to pre-existing conditions, or losses due to force majeure. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the package paid.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be settled at the District Court of Medan.
