Does the price include fuel and tolls? +

Yes, fuel included for max 200km/day within Medan, distance-based for out-of-city routes. Road tolls are usually excluded and covered by guest (very small — Rp 20-50rb total per trip).

How are driver working hours structured? +

Standard 12 working hours per day (e.g. 07:00–19:00). If extended, overtime fee Rp 75-100rb/hour. For multi-day trips, driver sleeps at destination — driver's accommodation included in the quote.

Can you pick up at Kualanamu Airport? +

Absolutely. Kualanamu is our #1 pickup point. Driver waits at arrivals with your name sign. Kualanamu–Medan transfer only: Rp 350-450rb (Avanza). Or included in daily rental package.

Do drivers speak English? +

Most drivers have conversational basic English — enough for daily communication (schedules, meals, destinations). For travelers needing a professional guide with fluent English, we can add HPI-certified tour guide for additional fee (Rp 400-600rb/day).

What's the cancellation policy? +

Cancellation ≥7 days before: 100% deposit refund. 3-6 days: 50% refund. <3 days: deposit forfeited but free rescheduling once within 3 months.

Can I pay by credit card? +

Yes. We accept: bank transfer (Maybank/CIMB/BCA), e-wallet, and Visa/Mastercard via Midtrans (2.5% admin fee). Cash payment on the day also accepted.
