Embark on a guided half-day trek into the Gunung Leuser National Park. Your local ranger will help you spot Orangutans, macaques, and exotic birds. Return to the lodge via an exciting river tube ride. Free afternoon to swim or relax.

Drive up the winding roads to the cool climate of Berastagi in the Karo Highlands. Visit the vibrant traditional fruit and flower market, and marvel at the golden replica of the Shwedagon Pagoda (Lumbini Park). Check into your guesthouse.

Wake up early for a sunrise trek up Mount Sibayak, an active volcano. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the crater and surrounding valleys. After descending, relax your muscles in a local natural hot spring before driving back to Medan City for your final night.
